Thank you for your purchase. All sales are FINAL. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me directly to discuss further.

The following items cannot be refunded or returned for any reason:

- Templates
- Custom Orders

In the case there is a problem with your order, for example, you received defective or damaged products, please contact us via the details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Signs/ Art Pieces/ Lights/ Ornaments:
All signs and art are for indoor use only, unless stated otherwise. While most signs include a hook for hanging, you are responsible for hanging your art piece on your wall. I am not responsible for any damage due to hanging or falling.
Your one-of-a-kind art piece is carefully handcrafted to last as long as it is not mistreated. We hope you treasure it for many years to come.
We are not responsible for damage to signs due to misuse.
Serving/ Charcuterie Boards:
If using for food:
- Do not cut on epoxy
- Do not put in dishwasher
- Clean with warm water and dry with cloth
- Do not submerge
- If using and cleaning board will dry over time and will need to be maintained with cutting board or butcher block oil.
I am not responsible for long-term aging due to heavy use or any damage due to misuse.
